EXPOSING THE SO CALLED DAROOD SLAVE PICTURE Laughing Laughing

Fake Picture (Fake Text) :
http://s92.photobucket.com/albums/l21/p ... h=imgAnch4

Arrow Original Picture Exclamation : http://home.globalfrontiers.com/Zanziba ... ill%20.jpg

The name of the sketcher is Mr. W. A. Churchill (Just like the name of the URL on the Link) NOT J.A Buchanan.

Prove: http://www.indianoceanbooks.com/maps/eastafrica.htm

Scroll down and find:

A Slave Gang in Zanzibar, sketch by Mr. W. A. Churchill, The Illustrated London News (March 16, 1889). 9 1/4 x 6 inches, b/w. $25

ON THE ORIGINAL PICTURE IT NEVER SAYS DAROOD. Laughing iT JUST SAYS A "Slave Gang in Zanzibar"

Laughing Laughing How can the Royal families be portrayed to be slaves.

Cilmiile got the document from one of the libraries in London. The document doesn't even mention the name Somali let alone a particular clan.

If Iidoors can present arguments of historical significance like this, We wouldn't be having trouble in our understanding of our each other, but it seems they are devoid of the knowledge of our royalty. Laughing

If I may quote Cilmiile,

"This picture surfaced a few days after Golkhatumo.com posted the picture of Isaaqs carrying their beloved English on their backs and was an obvious attempt to regain face by flinging mud at the daarood nobility by doing some creative photo shopping.

But if one is determined to tell a lie it is better to tell one that is harder to refute than this invention. "

Sorry to generalize but Someone who claims to be Isaaq did this in an obvious but failed attempt to counterattack the photo at Golkhaltuma.com

God! Somalis just don't know when to grow up. Some people get a big kick from looking & laughing their heads off from such nonesense.

Ps: I don't fancy the other picture about isaaq carrying a white woman either. Let bygones be bygones, we are such a minority anyways.

Call it nonsense < I wouldn't allow the sanctity of our history be dragged on the cyber streets. Somali history, to me, is sacrosanct and that includes them. Golkhaltuma site didn't call Isaaq as a clan, pejorative epithets like slave but the fact that a group of men who were sent to carry emissaries from Aden on their back at the port of Zaila to survey our land says a lot about their motive to secede from their brethren. I donÂ’t criticize the whole secessionist-oriented groups but the campaign to indoctrinate the young and the innocent with political slogans for the dismemberment of our country. I call that Nonsense.
