It starsts from Adam and ends with Mohamed peace be upon them. In between there are Musa and Issa( the Juses). It will give you freedom that we all will die for. everything you do is between you and your God whan ever you ask forgiveness He is there for you, whether you say it aloud or in silence. This will free from lat of things and increases yourself esteem. It will teach you how to maintain a high moralty. To be continued

Let me add one more thing, Do u not know that it was only one word that Allah has taken people out of DARKNESS into the light of the truth. It was only the word "LAA ILAAHA ILALAAH" that takes you from darkness to Islam. It only takes you to say ALXAMDULILAAH to get 10 xasanaat from Allah. If you read one word of the Quran, you will get one xasanaat from Alah and it's double 10 times up to 70 times, this shows how Allah s.w loves us indeed wants us to succeed. And if you say "SUBXAANALAAH WA BIXAMDIHI, SUBXAANALAAHIL CADIIM" these two words, are loved by Allah, heavy on the scale, easy to say it by tongue. After all, don't forget to have good characters as it's the easiest worship that the prophet told us. Akhlaaqda wacan waxay tahay cibaadada ugu sahlan oo qof walba awoodo, waxaana xadiista ku soo aroortay in akhlaaqda fiican lagu gaaro meesha uu gaarsiisan yahay qofka maalinta oo dhan sooman habeenkii oo dhanna salaad u taagan. Isku day inaad cafisid qofkii ku dulmiya, aad wax siisid kii wixiisa kuu diida, aad xiriirisid kii ku gooya, how hard is this, you know when you do this, people will love you and have just earned the BIG XASANAAD and followed the footsteps of the prophet. Yaa Allaah, Allahuma inaa nas'aluka makaarima Akhlaaq wanacuudu bika min Munkaratil Akhlaaq. Wabilaahi towfiiq

As for the advice you asked, I am not the best person to answer but I am glad there are many other sisters and brothers that may help you with their knowledge. I think that book sound okey.
