Firstly, allah all he is after is one thing: to be grateful to him.
Now back to our deen lesson.
You can be the al- ladeena aamanoo if you can't be the muminoon.
basically, aamanoo has a form of a verb while muminoon is ismu faacil a noun form. Now, all you need to understand is the prefix mu like mumim, muqaatil and so on. It stands for constancy.
Aamana/ believer at times
Mu min constantly believer, through the tests and so on.
Qaatala/fighting/ fights at Times
Muqaatil/ fighter/ constantaly fighter.
Ismu faacil is about the doer continuously does it, these are the muminoons.
Lastly, there is jamu al qillah/ small plural, allah didn't ask us in other forms.
Icmaloo al saalihaat/ saalihaat is jamcu qillah, no more than a handful. Let us say just do your 5 prayers.

We have said that al ladeena aamano is not as constant muminoon, he is a believer without a constant character.
This way maybe suitable for you.

We have also said that allah has asked us to offer worship actions( al saalihaat). Grammatically it takes the form of jamcu qillah/small plural. Thus, salihaat means a few good actions.

Why? Because allah knows we are too weak and he is raahim and rahoum but you need to understand them morphologically.

raahim just means merciful. In english you need to add another describing word like excessively to give it a more meaning, however, in arabic the rules of the same word would change in this way: rahoum excessevely merciful.

Ajmacuuna is tawkiid macnawi that follows the muakad kuluhum.
In the arabic there are twakiid lafzi and tawkiid macnawi. The tawkiid al lafze/lafdi the same word would repeat twice while the tawkiid al macnawi another word occures. These words are like jamiicahu,nafsahu like: Ja2a/jaa a maandhoow nafsahu.
You can't use the tawkiid al macnawi as a plural like akaltu al tacaama jamiicahu, no. You must use the plural muakkad form: akaltu al tacaama kulahu and for tawkiid macnawi you would add akaltu al tacaama kulahu jamiicahu.

In another words kulahu is an uncoplite whole form while jamicahu is a whole with its units. Just like the arthmetics. This is called tawkiid macnawi.

I thought you had a problem with this kind of construct. What your quoiting doesn't belong to the grammatical set. This man is just a commentator and he is traying to figure out what is left out. In the grammar there is no possibility, infact, its called al qawacid wich means the rules. I did put it for you in a non deen examples like tazawaj al banaat kulahuna jumac. Does this mean they married at once or im stating the fact that all of them got married?
Or hafidtu al qurana kuluhu ajmacahu does that mean at once? Or all of it entirely?
The grammarians are not asking you the interpratation of the text rather they will ask you about the rules precisely.
As for your commontator,he gives the tafsir of at once dafcatan wahida he meant together and that what means wholly but to say at once is out of the grammatical set. He is a commontator and you have to study the grammar precisely.
