No i dont think so we have to wait for a mahdi or Amiir.
in the mean time if your mom is raped, sister is raped father killed and relatives maimed it will be Bidaa and fitna/ khawarij if a Somali Sheikh gives Fatwa or people fight the Govt.

What we need is a sheikh from Saudi etc who is accustomed to eating and firting and drinking casir.
