I am 100% serious. Somalis even before statehood walloped in xaq daro and the base forms of human existence. Forget about qabiil hebel vs. qabiil hebel of the so-called "noble Somalis", I think the civil war has exposed the base problems of our society and for that we have to counter with such a revolutionary solution; a madhibaan as executive of the Somali nation leading and controlling, and steering for that matter, every issue with respect to the Somali people. Thereby showing the degree of societal advancement and enlightened acculturation of the Somalis. May we see that day soon.
