At least Caydiid (AUN) died like a man in his country.

Siyaad's Timeline:

Chased from Xamar

Evicted from Buurdhube

Kicked out of Kenya by Daniel Arap Moi

Sought Asylum In Nigera where he died. Siyaad Barre died drunk sitting on his toilet in a roach infested apartment in Lagos which was robbed often and he was also karbashed for attending the masjid by an elderly Nigerian wadaad.

After his death, his body was not allowed to return home as Kenya refused to allow entry, After much begging the Kenyans allowed it to transit and Afweyne finally returned home like all of the people whom he forced to exile: DEAD.

He was buried 2 weeks after his death after being treated his corpse was treated like radioactive waste being bounced from country to country, Even in death, no one wanted him. Sad

All he documented were Siad's last three years with events twisted by his childish perspective. I would hate to make people run out of here like Warsame did before. But as long as we know the LIFE STORY of yours vs. mine inta la rabo. Never talk back to your superiors.

Poor Afweyne invested so much in Marexan yet they fled before he did.

Who made siyad barre a refuge? Laughing
Wallah, see how Allah swt humiliates criminals.
By the Lord of Madina munawarah,he would have deserved my respect if he didnt kill shuyukh or gave his close relatives good goverment functions while starring qabiilwar amongst the somalis: clan vs clan. He is known in the historybooks as the rapist of somalia until the arrival of the shocking day.
But if i have to choose between him or abdullahi yusuf(traitor),then i choose the first.

As long as somalis dont learn how to reduce their demand or change their point of view/opinion we can never agree.

1. Yes Mohamed Siad Barre(aun)did lot of things that was good for the country.
2. Yes he should have left, enjoy the rest of his days being rememberd as Aabihii wax garashada
3. Yes he was a nationalist.
4. No his not responsible for all that is right now
5. Yes Maybe Caydiid (aun) was a nationalist but felt betrayed, started a inter-hawiye war and
never got the chance to prove it.

We need to move on in order to rebuilt our country. Funny thing is that somali dream about going back to somalia. Hoping that the next generation will build the country. I've been member since long time and started visiting somalinet since few months but never post. I am now, stronger then ever, convinced that it will never happen seing you guys cant even agree and start insulting to make yourself come over as the winner when you know you lost the argument.
