Nobleman,
That masjid is across the street from that residence I was telling you about, where brother man was staying when he came to town

. It's about 10 minutes from where I work at...
C&P...when you come to town,
absolutely stop by this place

If you take a walk on Queen Street West, there are a few artsy fartsy shops and a couple of nice restaurants...Little India by Queen and Duncan is not half bad, their food is not halal but they have a vegetarian menu, or you can skip the spice and go around the corner for a fish Burrito at the Burrito Boyz on Adelaide

Speaking of art, the AGO is five minutes walk from there, on Dundas and Beverley and the Royal Ontario Museum is just a bit further north, on Avenue and Bloor Street. The Ontario Science Centre is another place worth taking a look at

You should go by Kensington Market around Spadina if you're a bit of hippy and explore the rest of Chinatown in the same neighborhood.
If you want to go up the Tower, the streetcar that goes down on Spadina will take you there...in my opinion, it's a serious rip off , they charge you something like $30 bucks just to ride the elevator to the pod...it's free if you want to walk it though
If you're here in the summer, take the ferry to the Toronto Island, or go to Edwards Garden for an afternoon of bike riding...
More outdoors fun can be had if you want to avoid the crowded Wasaga beach...and you're willing to drive a bit, you can take a day trip to Tobermory and Bruce Park...it's about 4 hours from Toronto
Finally, you can always go to Niagara Falls, about an hour or so south of Toronto...again, if you're here in the summer, you can check out Marineland, the botanical garden and take a ferry right to the foot of the falls.
That's all I can think of for now...I'll post whatever else comes to mind later. Enjoy your visit saaxib!
