Someone just told me a story that shook me. A Somali man was diagnosed with HIV 15 years ago, but he dismissed the diagnosis and pretended that he never had the disease and kept his mouth shut. He went on to marry and had four kids. Recently, he was diagnosed with the disease again, but it's too late cause he already infected his wife and his four kids, and that's not the worst part, the wife doesn't know, he and his family are hiding the truth from her, they think she might not survive if she finds out the truth. What difference does it make, he already ruined her life, and his kid's life. The selfish moron needs to tell her ASAP so she can start treatment for herself and for her kids. Wallahi I feel so bad for this poor woman and those innocent kids. I don't even think I can sleep tonight after hearing this heartbreaking sad story
How can one human being do this to another? 
The person who told me the story says the wife and the children seem healthy and okay, but for how long?
