The AU forces aren't allowed to do anything by their rules of engagement, so how will having yet more of them help anything?

Peacekeepers are useless if there's no peace to keep.

Peace in Mogadishu is being created forcefully as you have notice. Mogadishu is ready to welcome more peacekeepers.
