Mandatory Retirement for Rappers

Postby AbdiWahab252 » Thu Aug 28, 2008 9:14 am

There should be a mandatory retirement age for rappers: say 30.

Its deeply disappointing to see rappers like Snoop still trying to act like they are young OGs when they are clearly old and out of touch.

Mad,

Original Gangsta

FAH1223,

Nas is also falling off.

But Snoop is the worst offender who is over commercialized.

Nas, Common, AZ to name a few, still got it. i agree though, there should be an age limit for rappers and there should also be a content filter for rappers who reach 35...its not cool when 40 year old still rap about drugs and womanizing.

that's how they make their living though, if people still listen to them then why shouldn't they keep going?

they need to retire from the act altogether, not just from career.

one time i saw method man at the toronto airport, he was acting like he was 20 years old...ninku waa bilaa aqlaaq..not that rappers and good behavior good hand in hand..but still.. yuk.

Screw,

I agree with the content filter. Nothing is more disturbing than a grown man of 40 rapping about trickin
