Hamar Will Always Be Chaos Because Of This

Postby Cusmano » Wed May 27, 2009 12:35 pm

The TFG government just got the united nations to lift the arms embargo on somalia. Now this may sound good because this will build Somalia military capacity, i am all for that. But there is negative side, if more guns flow in and tfg is defeated and leave behind their weapons this influx of weapons will just go to market places like this above suuq and cause for guns to become cheaper because there will be larger quanitities of it and thus cheaper price for purchase by anyone...truly an epedemic choice...let just hope tfg wins because if they don't somalia will be in further chaos

I agree walal, the last thing we need is heavily armed TFG forces handing over ther weapons to the public.

By the way i don't think that the TFG can be defeated so long as amison stay and help somalia get back on its feet.

TFG forces need to be well trained and then provided with weapons. They need to be paid well and provided excellent training facilities to keep them away from the public.
