i wished some one would die

this kid that i grow up with untill age of 13.
he was the kind of that one kid in the class that if any one makes mistake reading poem/quran verse , the teacher asks to correct it and made it clear for rest of the class by makng i3raab the whole bayt al shi3er or the whole aayah.

in the masjid he was the first 3 who take the reward for quran recietation and memorazing.
wallah he was most smart kid and always look forward winning over him.
they moved from our area when we were 13.
i dont know what happened to the kid.
i heard he is in jail because he made an accident while he was drunk!!!!

right after i heard i went to visit him in the police station , he was so upset he saw me and yelled at me: what you doing here, why you come to see me?
i dont want to see you, did you come here to make fun of me? tashmit fini!!

subhanallah, i would never do that to my enemy leave alone an old friend who i grow up with!!
my eyes started to tear up and left him.

wallah without even i thought of i said: Allaho so hadey and show him the right path if not Allah roo7a ka qaat, and raye7 ahlo[ahalkiisa into dibi laha]!!

very sad situation and didnt share with any one until now.
im just speachless. why people suddenly change like that?

im so angry right now
i dont even know if i should be angry at him or my self.
should i be sad or sorry for him.
i just dont know how i supposed to feel.
im just searching answers what cause people chnge like that.

he has nicest family ever.
well educated father who always after work be first row in the masjid.
never seen his father upset at all.
smiles all the time.
im thinking shall i talk to his dad and comfort him.
i dont want to embarrass him.
i can imagine how sad and embarrassed he could be.

we're in society people judge others for their short comes and like to ashame others for what they have no control over it or little control over it.
