I recently watched a documentary on the Niger Delta, very sad. But unlike Somalis the militias handed in their arms and gave the government a chance. If they fail, they will just re-arm.The average Nigerian is poor and doesn't get a cent of Nigeria's wealth. 80% of the wealth goes to the pockets of Western corporations and individuals. The rest goes to the corrupt Nigerian government.Nigeria alone beats all of East Africa in resources.
So, you want Somali militias to emulate the good Nigerian militias, hand their arms and give the government a chance? Do you know the makeup of Somalia's government , men like Ali Mahdi, Qeybdiid, Maxamed Dheere, Jengali, Morgan, Hiraale, etc? I don't think an adult would.If we agree that Superman is better than Batman, and we agree taht Superman can fly and that his only weakness is the green kryptonite, then it is not hard to conclude that East Africa (and in particular Somalia) is better than the whole of West Africa.....
