Qatar 45,000 – not sure
i dont think we're that much or even close.
you're talking about a country the puplation less than a million and half.

families are very very few, and most came after 1991. people who have been here long time already left to west.

if we're 5,000 we're lucky.

100,000 Somalis in the UK? I feel sorry for the Brits...

My country (UAE) has only between 10,000 and 20,000 Somalis max (all the others are just visitors and not permanent residents), like to keep it this way.

Honestly, who would want 100,000 Somalis within their border?

I was here 10 yrs ago and I just ignored the census forms and wasn't counted, you get my drift. Take any population number with a large pinch of salt sis. But Somalis population in London is increasing all the time.

Immigration and resettlement in Western countries have been tightened in the past few years, so if there's an increase, it only reflects in African (Kenya, Tanzania, etc) and Asian (Yemen, etc) countries. There's no way that there are 100,000's Somalis in each of the US, Canada or the UK.

if there are more than 100,000 somalilanders in the UK i means that the total somali population is probably 300,000 plus.

Wikipedia statistics is old maybe 10 or 9 years ..

Somali Population is growing fast in every country..

because of their birth rate is high..

even the younger families have alot of children..

so Uk. 300.000 can be reality

I have seen some recent (2008) statistics putting the number in the UK at 90,000.
