Even the noble action of cleaning your city is motivated by tribalism in Somalia. is there anything that Somalis can do for community's sake? for their health's sake?

What Tribilism
well those in Puntland do their cleaning on May 18 and now those in Somaliland do their cleaning on October 31st? what does that tell you, those ppl are just cleaning to diss other tribes, not because its healthy and noble to clean your city. I doubt if they would make it in a normal day, nobody would come out to clean.
