Ahmed Hassan Sule has been charged with five counts of first-, second-, third- and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, as well as first-degree burglary.

A 23-year-old man has been charged with sexually assaulting an 84-year-old man in Fridley last week.
According to the criminal complaint, Ahmed Hassan Sule is accused of entering the elderly victim's home and sexually assaulting him back in September.
Police said Sule got into the home on 68th Ave. and 7th Street Northeast through an unlocked patio door on September 19.
The charges state Sule confronted the victim, saying "I love you. I want to kiss you." Sule then allegedly kissed the victim, forced him into a bedroom and sexually assaulted him.
The victim, who is legally blind, told police he was too weak to fight back because he has been undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments for lung cancer.
Sule was apprehended by authorities. He was suspected of a number of similar incidents in the city of Fridley recently.
Authorities have performed DNA tests on Sule.
He has been charged with five counts of first-, second-, third- and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, as well as first-degree burglary.
