Aid agencies provide charity to Al shabab

Abdikafi Hilowle Osman, the secretary of Banadir region has held press conference in the capital on Thursday and told reporters that the aid agencies had relations with Al-shabab administrations adding they help the aid intended for the feeble Somalis the extremists.

We have the information of the agencies that they help things for the weak and displaced people in and out of the capital to Al-shabab forces. So there are more people who have problems in these matters. They do not also support the people as they used to earlier,’’ said Abdikafi



The secretary of Banadir region for the transitional government of Somalia said that the aid agencies based in the areas under the control of Somali government ignored providing food, shelter, water and basic things for human life to the people.



Lastly the secretary of Bandir region for the Somali government Mr. Abdikafi Hilowe said that the aid agencies will not operate in the areas under the control of the transitional government of Somalia if not help the people very soon asserting his speech that they would return back to Nairobi, Kenya where a base for the aid agencies.
