this reminds me of an article i once read on McLean's magazine(Canadian political mag..much like the economist) called "The Future Belongs to Islam"

the tile and picture of the ca'ba and Muslims on the front page of the magazine....the aim is to put Islam on the spotlight...but not necessarily in the sense to glorify the formidable foes of the "west" but draw from history(heavily edited) to "wake up the western masses of the dangers at bay...
