It's okay ! After the fighting is over they will rebuild it better insha Allah . Qaddafi has abused his people , poor health system , poor educational system ....they are angry , mad wallahi at this symbol of the former regime {sirte is where qaddafi was born , mostly loyal to him}, Had that madafaka packed up and left none of this would have taken place . Let's all pray they can settle their differences and become an example for all Africa .

Before the war Somalia hardly had any infrastructure so little was lost in the first place; but it'll take a long time to recoup Libya's nearly-trillion dollar infrastructure.

Mogadishu was dubbed Africa's most cleanest city once. Among other awards.

Doesn't mean it had top notch infrastructure like Libya's cities do due to oil

Being clean has nothing to do with infrastructure. Mogadishu at its peak was like Asmara today. Somalia's GDP per capita never passed the $200 range, compared to Libya that had a per capita GDP of around $30,000 in the 1980s! One of Libya's projects, a "man-made" river, cost $25 billion so far and isn't even completed yet. That's more money than Somalia's entire earnings throughout this century.
