Naaso Hablood Pyramids ?

Are naaso hablood some kind of pyramids ? or is just a coincidence ?

I ask this because of their shape but also because of their make-up; if you look closely at this picture you will see the layered stone/brick, particularly at the top left. Is this a natural formation, in this shape But imo the reason they cannot be pyramids or human-made is because of the thin layers, rathern than big blocks, of the rock that makes up naaso hablood which is covered in sand/gravel/earth. It is worth looking into though
