Alla Adduunkaan maxaa kibir yaallo  If we did n't take advantage of the wealth Allaah SWT bestowed on us, others would take advantage and take over the whole country..Who cares a great country without citizens  What security is he talking about :?: The security of wanting to loot another country's wealth

What natural resources do you speak of? Somalia is a famine-ridded pirate infested barren dessert with no proven (substantial) energy reserves. The only "resource" we have is our vast oceans and coast.

I really hope the UK and the international community are serious about intervention in Somalia. Seriously, how could an intervention make anything worse than the status-quo? UK and the West will at least bring some civilisation to a destitute people.

How about you as a Somali try to change the status-quo instead of paving the way for people you know well have no interest in bringing "civilization" to you?

I was reading an article from dayniile, that NATO forces are expected to land in Somalia sometime middle of this new yr. I didn't believe it until I saw this video, since Dayniile is never a reliable source.

How can one do anything when there is no security in the country? That's the purpose of a humanitarian intervention, to bring security, stability and some sanity into Somali politics and society. Somalis have utterly failed to govern themselves and now pose a risk not only to themselves but to global security. I think it is time the international community are given a chance to govern Somalia -- at least for a transitional period.

 So what link does the powerful British kingdom of a 100 years ago have to do with the one now? Do you actually believe at this current time they would physically send an army to fight and invade somalia?
