The airplanes in the beginning of the video are Turkish Airlines planes. Looks like Turkish Airlines have started their Istanbul-Mogadishu flights   (or it could be the airlplanes from the Erdogan visit to Mogadishu a few months ago. I hope its not)

Mogadishu is rising :som:

I see a bunch of shelled buildings and people on a beach. The streets are totally empty as well, is that a sign of prosperity? Am I missing something?

Indeed, Advo, I second your sentiments, save the teaching kids football part. How amazing is it even after 20 yrs of war, utter mayhem, and destruction, Xamar still has not lost its original charm!! Inchallah, Xamar, shall some day, in the not so distant future, rise from the ashes a la proverbial phoenix and regain its past glory as the one most beautiful, prosperous, and peaceful capital city of the entire continent of Africa. Amin.
