Image

If there is no coupe de'tat or choas by Amharas or Oromos, the next prime minister will be the deputy prime minister, Haile Mariam.

Born in the Wolaita Zone Boloso Sore District of Southern Ethiopia
Haile Mariam obtained a bachelor degree in civil engineering from the Addis Ababa University in 1988.
He was President of the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and People's Region (SNNPR) from November 2001 to March 2006

Amhara-Oromo pact is the only formidable threat @ present.
Hope the Tigray community think of thier long term interest. Because they need to forge new allies to counter this growing threat.

never under estimate the tendency for oromo to serve as willing footsoldiers for those who will oppress them.

I see a very high likelyhood for an amhara return

Amharas will never return to power if thats the last option and push comes to shove Tigray elites will persue disintegrating strategy.
By the way there are alot of options in the table. I hope ONLF ditches the suscessionist agenda and plays a good role in trying to secure the interest of its people.

Alot of things now start making sense. He created Liyu Police. Mind you with the fall of Mengistu the people in Ogaden had no organised militia this time they have an opportunity not forgetting the ONLF militia.

There has been a closed door negotiations btw the govt and ONLF in the past year raising suspicion something was brewing up.
Hope ONLF exploits this opportunity the people in the Ogaden are tired of displacements due to poor decision making when they got an opportunity to play a part.

patriot i heard these rumours a couple of months ago, that Melez granted allot of freedom of action to the somali state,
and gave permission for abdi illay to increase the size of liyu police, and allow freedom of operation to somali telcoms in the state, and investment from somali investors and increased freedom of action in economic policy.

its makes sense now.

Its time of strategic alliance between Oromos and Amharas.
Amharas should understand they cant get back on power...Oromos for the time being we can create chaos in that country
but cannot impose our will in short term.
Its time to bring amharas into reason and have an eye on somalis, who will soon make their final rush on oromo lands.
Oromos should have a close look on killil5 clanic dynamic, a link between ogadeniis and Geellee the djibuti pesident is possible
on the back of oromos.

this proves my point... and i am pretty sure allot of oromos think like you.
i really feel sorry for you.

When there is chaos you should ally with the weak so that you will have a say in the future,
if you ally with someone that is more united than you and better organized, and has delusions of granduer and a superiority complex, you will end up as their servants while they sieze power using your muscles.
its keeps happening to you and i feel sorry for you..

any victory of amahara means loss of the current right you have right now as an oromo in Ethiopia.
To the amhara their is only ethiopia and no such thing as ethnic states.
there is no oromo or somali, just Ethiopians and their peasant servants.

Ninkii habartiin guursadaaba waa adeerkiin. Nothing would change for us. Doofaarkii qabsadaabo wuu nagumaysan wuuna nalayn. Bal maxaa naga galey amxaaro iyo tigree. They both fought with us and they bought killed our brothers in West Somalia.

This guy is from the sourtern nations he is part of the TPLF but the Tigrayans will do everything to fill the vacuum this guys interim prime minister we will wait till they select a tigrayan as the prime minister of Ethiopia. Amhaaras are dissorganized as for the oromo slaves as long as their master the Amhaara is clueless they are clueless. But the Amhaaras are the most nationalistc Ethiopians they are Ethiopia they are fouding fathers of ancient Abesynia. They will do everything to grabthe power of Ethiopia again
