My father just bought some LAAAND

Post by ZubeirAwal »

My father's spent 1/2 of his savings on land in arabsiyo, and he said he allows me to do whatever i want on it, since i'm the most patriotic outta my brothers

I'm gonna change that land into a date palm garden, with a holiday home in it

Image

:diddy:

EDIT:

It's apparently by the river bed towards the north of the town, and its 7 acres, ima need some good oromo gardeners to get this date palm holiday home STARTED.

Image

The land is perfect for DATES , as you can see a date palm tree in this picture of arabsiyo

I'll do it for the sake of the looks of the land not for the money, matter'a fact if i can find some good hearted HA's in arabsiyo who live there i'll tell'em to do it.

You gotta think about it though.

Building a huge villa about 3 floors will cost probably $75,000-100,000

Building a typical fenced bungalow will cost you around $25,000-40,000

The garderning is easy, the arabsiyo climate is suitable for so much plants, just get the garden some grass and a few date palms to give it an exotic look :whoo:
