Nursing courses in the UK are free.

Don't do this program. I sincerely hope you're just bored and trolling again. Unless you're sitting on $100K, that's a massive debt.
Never heard of a nursing degree with such a measly projected annual pay-out. If you're borrowing student loans, you always want your starting pay to be at least double that of whatever you borrowed in undergrad and about equal to whatever you borrowed in postgrad. If you're a science major, I believe the cap is double to what a liberal arts borrower needs to borrow. If your projected starting salary is around $30k, you'd want to stick to borrowing less than $20k.
