Hargeisa during the early 80's was cold aswell like Addis, when the city was surrounded by forests. Ninkii tegey umbaa tegey and in 3 occassion that I've heard of there was snow. Today its only hail and not snow. To this day welibana during august/september/october the temperature in early mornings in Hargeisa can reach 3-4 degrees celcius which is around 18 fahrenheit. The same thing with Sanaag. People must remember that the Ethiopian highlands that starts in central Ethiopia ends in waqooyi particularly in Sanaag.
