Nothing new..

I personal know 2 similar cases in real life people from my city... one close guy that i know was raised as Dhulos, and when he reached the age of 25, he was informed about his true Qabiil which was Isaaq.. he was anti-somaliland and had always bad Things to say about them..

His mother was married to a Isaaq when she was a teenage.. it was a love story marriage, his father was also a teenage himself at that time. when she was pregnant he left her and never returned.. he started a new life in South africa and lost all contacts with her.

After she gave birth to him she was angry and her Family got her A new man from her own tribe and she chose to give her son his last name and abtirsi..

His bio-father came searching 25year later.. the rest of the story is a big drama.....

I have a brother/a Sister in Godeey or Jigjiga somewhere there. My father married a girl there 1977 during the war. My Father got wounded and was flown to muqdisho. After he recovered, He went to search for her but the whole village was destroyed and everybody ran away. He searched the mother on qabil till he finally gave up. I always told us how he would like to find that baby if the baby was born. He only had her 3 names which were all arabic and her qabil as Ogaden, Reer isaaq. People told him that was too broad to search someone with arabic names.
