I didn't know anyone who went to it. There were a couple department buildings where I lived but I never bothered going in and checking it out.

I have a fantasy dream of the horn getting plugged into EASSy and turning into a cheap outsourcing hub.

you need to train them first and open seminars. I'm now in Ethiopia and there is a guy came with me, he has an idea to bring bus lines kind like greyhound kind between cities. now buses are bad and people really dying in the roads with current buses.

but before he hire drivers, he opens driving schools for safety. but here is corruption, you need to bribe so many people to get license to do such programs for locals.

I know what you mean, the government is terrible and incompetent. To do simple things like starting a business requires so much bureaucracy, waiting and complications. I'm still optimistic about the future though, even these thugs will be pushed off.
