It's a newsbot, it is an automated program that puts up news from selected sites, and usually articles that are in english.

I think it's set to do it at a certain time of the day. It's not a "he" it's a bot.

It's a bot. It is bringing news, it has no personality. If you want to reply you are more than welcome to.
