Why would a stranger make something up? what does she have to gain from it? and if he's innocent, how did he get her credit card to go to walgreens?

The police could have come up with the credit card allegation, to implicate him. Don't tell me police are incapable of that.

He is innocent. The unofficial story. She didn't have cash, so she said iga qalee. He said NO. She got mad and gave him her credit card to use for gas and groceries for the same amount. While Farax was shoping she called the cops and claimed rape and robbery.
Farax goes to jail. :meles:

For his second court hearing He told the judge, I did not have sexual relationship with that woman.

A lot of holes in this story. If she didn't have enough cash on her and gave him her credit card, why the flip would he use part of her fare to buy groceries

Why not just charge her for the full amount on the card for the fare instead of splitting it up between gas and groceries.

he made a bad judgement call that is all, ppl make mistakes and this will cost him. Similar story happened in mnpls. The guy was arrested, but released after 2 days. the only difference the woman was AA.
