as you know the forum has been really crappy last few weeks, with smilies not working, search function not working, pages loading slow, qabilist running wild in general, so Jeffo got upset about this, like most of us, and he told the moderators to get their shit together or he would hack the forum

we all know jeffo is a funny guy and this was just another one of his jokes, but the admin took it serious and banned him
