yeah I've seen few somali dudes in western Canada claiming christians. but they are fake son's of b!tches. they only claimed the christian card to get the churches in Alberta to bring their families to Canada. can u imagine the level of their hypocrisy?

Jesus fries, what is this world coming to.

I think 15,000 is a bit of an overestimation but there are Somali Christians out there. We have family friends who are Somali Christians. Maybe they are counting people that are claiming to be Christian to get asylum. Confused

I guess you know nothing....... Togane has converted to islam just very recently but he was monomite christian before that. Still, the number of hawiyes the italian missionaries has converted to christianity is large. Most of them moved to Italy before and after the last somali government fell.

I personally saw an old Somali man in Vatican City, my friends and I approached and asked if he was Somali, because he could have been Ethiopian Christian, although most of them are orthodox Christians and not catholic. IÂ’m not sure what his tribe was but, he said that he didn't speak Somali, but that his origin was Somali. The nuns took him in when he was little boy and brought him to Italy where he was educated and raised by the church. Now he is a Franciscan monk. I guess it makes sense why he choose that particular Roman Catholic order.

Nah..I think Hawiyas are the most desperate right behind Bantus, so they are probably easier to convert with the food and visas... Laughing
