Mogadishu 03, Nov.06 ( Sh.M.Network) Responding to US State Department spokesperson Sean McCormackÂ’s warning that SomaliaÂ’s Islamists may prefer to suicide attacks in their war against Ethiopia, the Union of Islamic Courts information secretary Abdirahman Ali Mudey has accused the US government itself of intending to foment suicide missions in Addis Ababa and Nairobi and put the blame on the Islamic Courts.

A press conference held in Mogadishu on Friday, senior Islamic Courts information secretary said Ethiopia and America have predicted deadly suicide bombings they are going execute in some of Horn of African cities, warning Ethiopia and Kenya to stop their military movement in and around their borders with Somalia.
The Islamic Courts had condemned Ethiopian for deploying thousands of its troops in Somalia while Ethiopia only admitted it has hundreds of troops in Somalia to protect the weak government based in Baidoa, southern Somalia against the IslamistsÂ’ probable attacks.
The CourtsÂ’ reaction came following US warning its citizens in East Africa to be cautious as Somalia Islamists might use car bombings or suicide bombings to disrupt Western interests in East Africa.
The peace talks between the Somali government and the Islamic Courts in the Sudanese capital Khartoum ended in failure on Wednesday after both parties could not compromise on their separate conditions.
Somalia has had no functioning government since 1991 when tribal warlords toppled former president Siad Barre.
Mudey has also told Somali musicians and poets to recite songs and poems without music to encourage the civilian population to participate in the jihad or holy war against Ethiopia.
“Ethiopia and Kenya are convincing America to be involved in Somalia militarily and America is using Ethiopia and Kenya to justify its (America) desire of military intervention in Somalia”, said Mudey.
The Courts information secretary vowed they would attack Ethiopian troops wherever they are in the country.
