Poem about a little girl known as Hibo Nuura(Ugaar diini)

Postby Faisah » Mon Dec 25, 2006 2:14 pm

poor little girl cries to get out of this hell
its a story she is no longer able to tell
she seemed happy, smiled all the time
but noone knows what lies beneath the happy signs
people were mean to her, yelled at her, called her names
pushed her down further into shame

poor little girl was nothing, she didnt matter
poor little girls dreams were shattered
lost her mother,
destined to be a doctor, and help all the others
but people ruined her, for now she is dead
no one will know untill in the newspaper it is read
she has no more pain

no one is mean, no one to throw her in shame
poor little girl, was only 16
beaten and broken by her daddies whipping stick
big heart, with big dreams
why didnt anyone hear her screams
why did daddy beat her, she was so innocent
everything happens for a reason, so maybe it was meant,
poor little girl is no longer sad
for she looks over us, even her dad.
