Abucubeed, the fact is that most of the residentials blocks in Hamar are like the inexorable distant land and the roaring sea. It was destroyed solely to dissuade Darod from returning and redeeming their property. We have now returned and revamping the whole city.

Demoliton man last time i checked Abgaals were reduced to distric in xamar Karaan and madiina

your statistic would be correct if this was 1991
but when i was there in 2002 the statistics was more like

Abgaal 10%
HG 60%
rest of Hawiye 20
cad cads 10%

In the end of the day were not from xamar but since we have lost more then anyone else deffending it against invaders...we have our blood spilt on that soil and if it wasnt for us, abgaal and others would have been gone... which gives us every right to come, stay and go as we please Cool

KARBAASH
madiino & karaan ? what about boondheere, liido, suuq bacaan, afarta jardiino, sanca, yaanqshid etc
all north & even some parts of the south have abgaal on lock sxb , what 10% are u talkin bout.

like i said guryihii marexan baa degentihiin sxb & we never intended to live in these places anyway as we got our own properties hence why we let you Koytos live there if u wished.

who did u defend xamar against ?
LOL at invaders, Ceydiid fough with american troops coz he did not i repeat DID NOT want to see someone else beside him become a presiendt since he missed his years while siyad was on power. He was determined to get that done even if it required the extermination of the clan poor guy thats how determined he was.

i admit abgaal were very peaceful ppl who would welcome ppl with open arms but thanks to you guys they are more xaasid and greedier than ever.

"madiino & karaan ? what about boondheere, liido, suuq bacaan, afarta jardiino, sanca, yaanqshid etc "

madiino = mix daarood , isaaq and other

kaaraan use to be abgaal and dashiishle then carabs from bilaajo

boondheere , ogaadeen, habar gidir, majeerteen and reer xamar

suuqa bacaadka = abgaal, and some carabs and some daarood

afarta jardiino = no abgaal zono

sanca = part of kaaraan and bilaajo

yaaqshiid, abgaal , daarood, and isaaqs

its true abgaal use own most of xamar even bilaajo carab but they sold it

Laughing habar gidir have no rights to any city period

DemolitionMan,

Your views only reinforce the stereotype of the typical Abgaal -- a hapless victim of Darod propaganda. Mareexaans were not only not in Xamar before S. Barre but they have NO RIGHT to claim any property since almost all of the property they claim was gained through dubious means.
