"Ooyi Mayno, Ilaawi Mayno, Waan u aaraynaa"

Postby guhad122 » Fri Apr 06, 2007 10:40 am

I remember back home when Ethiopian fighter jets bombed a primary school in Boorame and killed scores of 2nd graders, then the Minister of Defense General Maxamed Cali Samatar went to Boorama the same day and lectured the families of the innocent victims. These are some of the encouraging words he said that day to the families ""Ooyi Mayno, Ilaawi Mayno, Waan u aaraynaa"
Today in our capital, we are burying dead people that we don't even have the time or means to identify them in order to let their families know. Ilaahoow Noo Gargaar.
