I've Never Been To Bossasso But Borame Has A Very Beautiful Scenery, And The Weather Is Very Nice...The City Needs Improvement On The Roads..

The point is how are you going to compare the 2/3 busiest commercial port of Somalia/Maakhir to a unknown Borama.

From these Pictures it looks like whole of hadaaftimo is no more than 500 people max
