I dont see the comical bit in it---- all i could see was the man was trying to say Somalilanders and the people from somalia are brothers and sisters, and they are welcome with open Arms anytime, and then he said he loves his somali people and they are all welcome in somaliland :(

are you trying to say he said it twice?
