Patience my friends. These talks can take 10 years. These talks are good. We are getting somewhere. We have started the negotiations. Be very patient. These talks will go slow. If you give up now, you won't get what you are seeking for. You will be back in square 1. Don't be quitters. You have waited since 1991. You can wait a few more years. Don't let this opportunity go to waste.

These talks are a very good thing. If these talks don't go further, the status quo will remain. The IC will not come into this problem. They have no reason too. They will see both sides were not swallowing their pride to negotiate. They will let the same shit keep going. They don't give a rats ass about the Somali regions. Be real.

It is in your interest to have the talks continue. If you leave these talks, Xamar will get revenue from airspace. They will take all the international aid money. Everything Somaliland is entitled to will just go to Xamar and Xamar won't give Somaliland their share if they are not agreeing to talk.

These talks are in your interest. It may be slow and painful now but in the end, it will be worth it. Be ready for even 10 years of talks.

lol as if the talks is not in your interests aswell..
how are they in my interest? it makes no sense. please enlighten me
If they were not in the interests of the Federal government of Somalia, Somaliland would've already been a recognized country. Why else would your government and your president waste valuable time that could be used to solve the problems in central and southern Somalia. Bal ii sheeg..

i agree with samatar we should abondon this talks asap and stop waisting tax payers money seriously, this talks can be held over skype or msn messenger.
:dj:

Some of our brothers think they going to get a state by sharing kebab with few Hawiye warlords, who are there to get new photos to seek more aid (money to loot). Hawiye only cares about money and killing. They look at those two elements.

"Eebow hadan qaldaanta uu tagno xa ka faiidey hee?" "Beeso ma helay hee? Cidi ma diley hee?"

If those two things are check check----they will rush to even if you said the talks will be held in Kalshaale.

They see dollar signs above Hirsi Gaab....dhaac dhaac quick photos and its sent to UK Foreign Missions----followed by a quick letter "Your highness as demanded we have mended relations with our beloved northerners, here is the new Bank details for United Somalia including Hargeisa".

Meanwhile Idoor return and have the biggest rift amongst them...Hirsi Gaab grabs Faisal Warabe.....Shiiciib grabs shiiciib....

Hawiye counting his beeso....Darod is eying lucrative Kismayo and left the Kalshale desert to Idoor.

Sad niggaz. Another 20 years of sitting inside Morgan's House and waiting for Santa Claus to bring ixtiiraaf on his Reindeer.

They are trying to bring back the union so of course they will spend their time but I think they will fail. Eventually Somaliland I think will win. Maybe who knows, 10 years, 50 years. At the end of the day though, Somaliland will win. But I think these talks will be so damn slow. These talks are in your interest more than Somalia's. OK both have interests in these talks but Somaliland's are much bigger.

Or are you trying to suggest that the longer these talks drag that it would be in Somalia's interest since it will be harder for SLand to be recognized. Is that what you are thinking?

You dont need to meet to agree on fighting piracy you just do it. These meetings overall were a waste of time and money.

The only interest we have is international recognition. However on the other hand your government and your president will lose credibility if Somaliland gets international recognition but if he gets SL on board (won't happen..) it would give him some sense of credibility to solve and unite the rest. SL have nothing to lose while your president got everything to lose.

Secessionists accepted federalism the day they agreed to Iskaashi.
Alhamdulilah their hope for the cursed Ictiraaf is now at the lowest level.
Any cursed ictiraaf of any gaalocaabudyaal will fail that is because they want to disunite muslims to appease the kuffar.
The kuffar want weak divided muslim country.

If a donkey has a brain he would have kicked some of the burden on his back , what does concern a Bantu of somaliland I have no idea, calling yourself Somalia and yet claiming you repersent the union only shows us how the Hawiye Bantu brain is deformed , less your donkey herd failed to inform your head donkey presidents, Somalia was the southern colonial entity and the name of the union was the SOMALI republic, not SOMALIA.

These talks are pointless and unproductive. The most they can achieve a are tentative agreements that are no worth the paper they are written on. Sooner or later these talks will lead to a stalemate.
