Daallo, tropical montane forests

I truly need to make the pilgrimage to the ancestral homeland this summer. :wow:

The white tomb of great grandfather Sheikh Isxaaq (r.a) and in the background the majestic Daallo and the mountain range.

Daallo

Dragon blood trees on top of the hill, above the camels

Home to the African wild cat, the pigmy leopard aswell as the leopard & black leopard

The higher up you go, Cedar trees and Mediterranean flora replaces the moist forests.

One of the many cave entrances and cave systems that extend thousands of meters underground.
