^What kind of trouble did these 'couple of technicals driven by some uncontrolled elements' ever cause to Somaliland and her security?
I am not familiar with the first hand intelligence that prompted the SL forces to make that move but we have a good number of former dhulbahante clan militiamen from that village who used top be part of these rogue elements who roam the region uncontrolled . I mean the whole operation was conducted by a dhulbahante senior officer of the SL armed forces precisley to avoid this tribal spin off .
