It should apply to all Somali territories (Galbeed, Djibouti, NFD...etc).

Somaliland was the name given to the former protectorate after gaining independence from the British Empire on June 26, 1960, before forging a union with Somalia Italia to form the Somali Republic. That's why Somaliland is called what it is, to dissolve the unity with Somalia and regain its sovereignty

first of all somliland was never one unity country! under the british it was divided into defacto independent clan states!
