its clear Faroole is nothing more than a washed out tribal leader, most of puntland region do not fully back him in Garowe. i guess this is his way of directing attention away from the real issues in puntland such as the rampant corruption, piracy, assassinations, Atam, SSC uprising, the Somaliland incursion and the Mudug conflict.
