Don't compare USC, SNM and the Omar Jess lead SPM with the free Syrian army. The Somali freedom fighters fought a dictatorship that was corrupt, ineffective and that used qabyaalad to stay in Power. First, the army, police, and intelligentia have to represent all the tribes less some tribes are armed at the behest of others.
Currenlty, the Hawiye are the most represented in the special forces units, army, and police because they inherited the capitol after the fall of the government and live in the epicenter of power.
