Kenya's First Somali Presidential Candidate

Postby AmalJaber » Wed Jan 30, 2013 2:05 am

This Guy - Mohammed Dida, is a complete joke. He's nowhere in the presidential opinion polls and he says he'll win the presidency in round 1, and even other presidential candidates will vote for him. Even the presenter - a somali himself - couldn't help but chuckle.

Does it offend you that an ethnic Somali is running for the presidency?
There are millions of ethnic Somalis in Kenya, all of whom are potential voters for any Somali candidate.]

For far too long Somalis in Kenya have been marginalised by the political class.
Somalis must contest every election anywhere in Kenya.

If Kikuyu`s and Luo can be appointed to high office in NFD, Somalis should demand reciprocity.
In the long term Somalis must form peaceful secessionist parties, preparing for the eventual demise of the false construct called Kenya. :som:
