the only difference between Somaliland and Puntland is that one met in their own capitol while the other (because of their own resoluteness and insistence) met in another country. But it is the same exact agreement that Puntland signed with the Federal Government, only a blind person would think otherwise.

not to divert this topic, but how's the jubaland project going?
I know they have accomplished the hard part like designing a flag from diaspora coffee shops, now it's all easy going with the next tasks like:
