In his Ohio speech the president adviced all Somalis to steer away from tribalism. He talked about how the civilian government became corrupt and the eruption of tribalism. He further explains how if the Kacaan didn't take over Somalia civil war would had happened earlier than 1991 but rather in 1969. He further talks about the achievement of the Kacaan government. He also mentions that the unity of Somalia is a must.
