Hiiraan isn't joining any central region administration. The constitutional requirement of two states or more is bullshit. Worst comes to worst, the division of Hiiraan into two states by Sh Shariifs government has to be recognized. It's the only region from the original 8 which was never divided. These folks need to be realistic. Xawaadle will never see eye to eye with HG and vice versa. Why are they wasting their time.

How can the "Govt" be against federalism one minute...then rushing headlong into it the next?
These people have been defeated over the J/Land federal state issue....now they think they can bang out hawiye states like a pregnant sow.

Indeed, it's an interesting development. HG are attempting to resume their Master Status among Hawiye clans, and that other bitch that's worth not mentioning.

I will tell you this.....The Hawiya will never build a successful integrated federal state.
They couldn`t integrate Xamar in 20 years....and still can`t.

Federalism doesn`t work for them....the tapestry of interwoven clans, Jareer,Dir, D &M, Darood in central Somalia cannot ever unite.
They must have Governors appointed from Xamar.

Imagine if they do succeed!, it will surely back fire to all those naysayers knowing that from now on 60% + of the Somali resources will be owned by the HG!

That is missing my main point.......99% of HG will get nothing...only the loot they grabbed in the 1990s.
As effective Govt returns the ill-gotten gains will be returned.
