Lets just hope the changing of the guard in Garowe, ushers in an era of peaceful, and harmonious coexistence between the two brotherly nations of Puntland and Galmudug. The useless perpetual state of war in this particular region must come to end, at once.
Peace and prosperity is what the masses of Galmudug and Puntland have long yearned for, and now, the leaders of the two states must do whatever it takes to make this a reality. Let the bygones be bygones, and move forward.

It could be that he was on puntland's side against icu in 2006 and again sent soldiers to tfg. Or its more possible that the people have gotten over it.

NO. It was like the enemy of my enemy is my friend. The US was funding the warlords war on the islamists until the courts won the battle, he was the head of the tfg police based in xamr not baydhabo and then come back with ethiopia. He was controlling large part of xamar from the ex control up to the town. Sharif has made him a minister in order to get rid of him/his power slowly, finally was removed from his post and he ended up in galmudug.

No there were no galmudug yet.

The courts were close to take galkacyo even a court was declared in sool region but the jehadists inside the courts were controlling the army so they attacked baydhabo this have focked up the whole project.

Qaybdiid, qanyare, musa suudi all have fled from the south.
