No denying that Djibouti is the most infrastructurally sound and modern Somali city but it's so small.

This is an aerial photo from the airport to Hotel Kempinski and the foreign missions quarter at the end tip. That's like half the city in that photo.

it is not that small, it is more the 600k. 3rd largest somali city

Djibouti's not bad. It's still looks like a small town though.
some of the pics are of asmara, for example the one with yellow cabs is of asmara as all of Djibouti's taxis are green and white

Give Me small and developed any day rather then the urban refugee camps, we have passing for 'cities' in Somalia today.

Seeing Djibouti this developed gives me hope for the rest of somali inhabited areas. It is like a demonstration of what we would be able to accomplish with stability.
